Terms of Service
1. The service
Navrel is an embedded Shopify app that runs merchant-configured automations (trigger → optional conditions → actions). By installing Navrel you (“Merchant”) agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must have a Shopify store and authority to bind your business. You’re responsible for activity under your store’s installation.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use Navrel to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited bulk messages, to violate Shopify’s or any third party’s terms, or to process data you lack a lawful basis to process. You are responsible for the content of automations you configure and messages they send to your customers.
4. Data protection
Our processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and DPA, which are incorporated by reference. You are the controller of your customers’ personal data; we are your processor.
5. Plans, billing & trials
Billing is handled through Shopify Managed Pricing. Plans, limits (automation count, monthly runs, retention) and any free trial are as shown at purchase. Fees are charged via your Shopify invoice. Paid plans include a 14-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged. After the trial, fees are billed through Shopify on your billing cycle and are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@navrel.io and we’ll review it.
6. Availability & support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support via support@navrel.io.
7. Third-party services
Actions may deliver data to destinations you configure (Slack, Discord, webhooks) and email via our provider. We’re not responsible for third-party services you direct us to use.
8. Warranties & liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for Navrel in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate by uninstalling the app / ceasing to provide the service. On termination we delete shop data per the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
